Apple Orchards: Apple Moeller Farm; County Line Orchard in NW Indiana (only 1 hr away from downtown); Royal Oaks (Christian)

Comment: pool open swim has limited hours but a great kiddie pool and playground next to it, as well.

Starbucks
Comment: Once a quarter or so, our group takes the kids to one of the leaders’ houses and leaves them with a sitter then we take off for the local
Starbucks for a time to just chat and enjoy some coffee together
Fantasy Kingdom (for ages 6mo to 6yrs - located near Division and Damen)
Comment: This indoor play place is a good winter play outing for kids
Field Museum
Comment: Crown Family Play Lab (inclued with basic museum admission, but museum parking is $$)
Millenium Park
Comment: Splashing fountain and kids activity tent (every day in summer, free Wiggleworms class each morning, story time, activity centers, arts & crafts,
fun playing in the water)
Science & Industry Museum
Comment: The Idea Factory (included with basic museum admission, but museum parking is $$)
